Social Events 2024 Recap

The events committee is made up of OHA resident volunteers. The Board provided an operating budget for the year. The budget covers any signage, printing, selected food items, and sundry items. A few events were postponed and moved due to extreme heat warnings.  First, the Committee handed out a launch Communication, door to door, listing the events as below: Food Trucks were planned for every month, on the 3rd Thursday through October and were very well received.  May 16th Ice Cream Social. The annual inaugural event, OHA provided Carl’s Ice Cream, cart and rocket pops.Coordinated with Long Road Read more

Rental Amendment Approved By Majority of OHA Members

On July 18, 2011 two officers of the OHA Board (Paul Baker and Paula Schildt) inspected and counted the ballots to the referendum to amend the OHA Covenants to restrict rental properties in Oakwoods subdivision. The vote is: 175 approved and 27 disapproved. The 175 approval votes constitute a majority of the OHA members.
