DESCRIPTION:Board of Directors Nomination and Election \nNomination to the ballot may be by nominating committee created by the Board\, or by either self-nomination or nomination from the floor. Any Oakwoods homeowner/member interested in pursuing a position on the board of directors must notify the current OHA Secretary of their intent to seek a position on the board by the first of the month in which the Annual Meeting is held. All interested candidates must have their lot accounts paid in full and must attend the Annual Meeting unless an exception is made in writing by the current board.
