When does the fiscal year start and end? The fiscal year follows the calendar year and starts on January 1st and ends on December 31st.
Why is such a large amount budgeted for the streets? Oakwoods is a unique neighborhood which has private streets. This means the HOA is responsible for all maintenance and repairs of our streets. Further information can be found in our covenants, Article III, Item 10.2
